2016年獲獎學金赴英國皇家伯明罕音樂學院就讀，師事Margaret Fingerhut與Alasdair Beatson，以最高榮譽First Class完成學士學位。後繼續就讀該校演奏碩士學位，師事鋼琴系主任John Thwaites與Alasdair Beatson，並以最高榮譽Distinction畢業。後考取美國田納西大學諾克斯威爾分校演奏文憑，並獲全額獎學金。

陳詠莉積極參與校內外比賽以及演出活動，曾榮獲2020年英國北愛爾蘭Walled City Music國際線上鋼琴比賽第六名、英國皇家伯明罕音樂院Delia Hall Accompaniment Prize, Accompanist Prize of Edward Brooks English Song Prize, Gordon Clinton Prize for English Song及Renna Kellaway Piano Recital Prize，並為2016年中華少年青少年蕭邦鋼琴大賽決賽入圍者。2017年榮獲芭蕾伴奏實習資格，於英國Elmhurst芭蕾學校實習，後也獲得正式工作機會，成為該校兼任芭蕾伴奏。演出經歷包括校內多次音樂節：2018年3月參與校內德布西音樂節，演出多首德布西和拉威爾的獨奏及室內樂作品；2020年2月參與校內貝多芬鋼琴奏鳴曲馬拉松音樂會，演出作品79。也曾在劍橋Emmanuel教堂舉辦獨奏會、與鋼琴家彭翊瑄於馬來西亞Bentley Music Academy舉辦音樂會。2023年於台北、高雄與小提琴家楊筑予首演數首英國作曲家 John Ireland 室內樂作品。

習琴期間曾參與張巧縈、胡志龍、莊雅斐、John Perry、Martino Tirimo、Nelly Akopian-Tamarina、Pascal Nemirovski、Peter Donohoe、Rustem Hayroudinoff和Steven Osborne等鋼琴家之大師班。

於英國就讀期間，課餘時曾教導學生鋼琴、樂理、視唱聽寫等科目，並曾輔導學生考取皇家檢定，獲得佳績。現居住於台灣，除了致力於演出、教學，也對於舞臺背後的世界有莫大的興趣，具音樂會企劃、管理等實務經驗。

She received her Master of Music with Distinction and her Bachelor of Music with 1st class honour at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, under the tutelage of John Thwaites, Alasdair Beatson, and Margaret Fingerhut. While in Taiwan, she studied with Grace Chung and Pei-Chun Liao.

She won the first prize in the Delia Hall Accompaniment Prize (2020), the Accompanist Prize of Edward Brooks English Song Prize (2020), the Gordon Clinton Prize for English Song (2020), sixth place in the Walled City Music International Online Piano Competition (2020), the Renna Kellaway Piano Recital Prize (2018), and was also the finalist of the 13th Taipei Youth Chopin Piano Competition (2016) and Royal Birmingham Conservatoire Piano Prize (2017, 2018). 

Yung-Li is active in piano collaborations and performances. In 2017, she was awarded a placement for the introductory training of ballet pianists through a collaboration between the Conservatoire and the Elmhurst Ballet School, and became their part-time ballet pianist afterward. Recent concerts include duo recitals with violinist Chu-Yu Yang in Taipei and Kaohsiung, performing British violin works. She has given solo and chamber performances at several music festivals at RBC and in Taiwan, Malaysia, and Cambridge, UK.

She has participated in various masterclasses by Chiao-Ying Chang, Chih-Long Hu, Ya-Fei Chuang, John Perry, Martino Tirimo, Nelly Akopian-Tamarina, Pascal Nemirovski, Peter Donohoe, Philip Martin, Rustem Hayroudinoff, and Steven Osborne among others.
